Who is Prudence Story?
Prudence Story comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She has been active in the project management business since the age of 17, when she moved to Chicago to attend Columbia College and established a lifelong connection in the marketing and management worlds. Ms. Story quickly developed a specialty for creating large groups of young adults for guerilla-marketing tactics for corporate marketing campaigns and being on the production management team for national festivals and expos. Having this skillset, young, of producing large, strong teams together fueled her into the fast lane of management and things took off from there.
By the age of 20, Prudence had achieved the title of Marketing Director for a women’s organization based in Chicago; the organization assisted women-owned businesses with their services product placement, marketing reviews, and simply connect these women to their market and resources. At 21, she connected with the construction industry and that is how we get Coral PM+ seventeen years later. Ms. Story utilized her knowledge from previous experiences and created the blueprint for Coral PM+; one thing she realized was the valuable lesson of relationship, product knowledge and resource development. It is this fundamental belief that Prudence Story has instilled into Coral PM+ to deliver quality in the completion of each project.

About CPM+
Coral PM+ is a minority-female owned business that marries the industries of project management and construction through many facets: strategy, planning scheduling and risk management. Both industries require attention to detail, time and patience, and planning. Coral PM+ started in 2019 but it is supported by Prudence’s nearly 20 years in the industry as a Project Manager and Supervisor. Clients turn to Coral PM+ not because they simply need project management assistance but because they know they’ll also get experienced professionals. Coral PM+ brings clients support by being involved, attentive, and responsive with clear communication. Contracts are always completed on-time and on-budget. Coral PM+ is able to adapt to their clients’ needs and plans, whether they be small or large renovations, modernizations, or new construction.

Coral PM Plus, LLC is a woman-owned and operated firm based in Florida, which provides project management services to the construction management and real estate industry across the nation. CPM+ monitors and coordinates the managing of projects with the highest regard of the owner’s standards.
